On Saturday, April 25th, my wife found a baby squirrel at the base of a large tree, obviously in distress. Since he was in danger, she made the choice to take him home and provide care until he is able to be released into the wild. With research, we found that he is likely to be between 6 and 7 weeks old currently (based on the fluffiness of his tail, for example).
